When my website was taken down due to credit card fraud and missed payments, Olivia went above and beyond to make sure it was back up again immediately! No lengthy questions or hassle. She honestly cared and was the best customer service I have ever received. I high recommend GoDaddy. It’s simple, I made my design and did it all myself and there’s no worries. She took care of all the issues and thankfully I didn’t have to spend 500$ to buy BACK my Pop Artist Personal/Business website.

I am a premium customer of GoDaddy since many years. Recently GoDaddy employee stole nearly £ 2000 from my account by charging randomly. GoDaddy agrees on wrong doings. It has been over 3 weeks but they have not refunded money. I will seek legal actions as I do have all the proofs.The standard of customer service has dropped and Thier employees does not care about customer. Really disappointed.DO NOT TRUST A WORD FROM THEM. MOST OF THEM ARE UNTRAINED AND CARELESS.

I’m not very tech savvy. I called a month ago and got help loading a video. Then I forgot how. He led me through the way I did it before, but it didn’t work. He was able to go about it in a different way very patiently. Hire more guys like Rob.

I bought a domain but I screwed up the spelling. I called to cancel the order. Jordan, the customer service rep offered to cancel the original domain and help me purchase the correct one. She even offered to set up my email account. THis is the best customer experience I've had in a while.

I called Microsoft 2 weeks ago and talked to a representative about my emails going into a RSS feed folder and supposedly took care of the issue. That was not the case. Someone was hacking into to my emails and the representative did not mention anything about the hacker/scammer. Rhys, helped me with a hacker/scammer logging into my Microsoft 365. He knew exactly what to do and how to resolve the issue. He’s a rockstar!!!
