Worst company ever to do business with. Our marketing director was unexpectedly killed. She had built numerous websites for our clients, all hosted through her GoDaddy account. They will not grant us access to the account, nor will even so much as take our payment to keep our client's websites up. This is probably going to be the nail in the coffin that puts us out of business.

It was fast and efficient.

I've already had trouble with using GoDaddy and now again I'm having yet another issue with being able to erase any content and update my things. I was told how someone would call me back from the company and never have and I'm ready to switch to somebody else. I was hoping that this would have been a one-time deal and it would have worked. And then I was told I would be given a free month but they were pulling payments for that month and now I received A notification that I have to make another payment soon. Where's the free month at then?

I run a custom home business with many moving parts and Go Daddy is always very responsive and eager to meet my needs.

The Spanish customer service for technical support of email is very bad. When they sold me the product they said you are not gonna have any problems with mirgrating your current email data to GoDaddy, we will support you and guide you at every single step, we have great technical support. I even asked explicitely if the format of my exported data is okay and they said yes, it's supported. Once I called them to help me, they send me a bunch of articles and said they don't give support during this process and the format of my data is not supported. So at the end you are on your own, bear that in mind when contracting :(

I was told if I payed 29.81€ they would transfer website hosting to Godady. I provided them with the details however it never happen. When I asked for a refund I was told they could’t as it wasn’t in their refund policy for this case. Will nit deal with them ever again and I would not recommend.

All of my questions about website development were answered in a professional and friendly manner.

Patience and professionalism

So far all the tech help has been very knowledgeable. However, sometimes I get someone that seems to go the extra mile to help me with my marketing needs. I appreciate working with someone who gets it!

There wasn't a long wait for customer service and the customer representative was super helpful. Providing a personal touch made the situation easier and he further provided information that I hadn't known to have secure email and the extra steps for HIPPA compliance. Much appreciated.
