I had an incredibly frustrating experience with GoDaddy support. Spent over an hour going in circles, with the agents repeatedly asking the same questions. Despite all that time, they couldn’t even manage to update my nameservers. The whole process felt like a waste of time—really disappointing.

I lost my website and started to panic. Called GoDaddy and Stephen helped me and I am looking forward to him assisting me in the future.

Never, never hire go daddy for SEO or marketing. After purchasing SEO at 600$ and my first welcome call they feed me wrong info so I canceled the service only 2 days after purchasing and the day of welcome. They refused to refund and the SEO manger was jerk. They did not do and work

I called about my billing. I was not only given several options on how to reduce, but received more insight on what it meant to reduce and advantages/disadvantages for revisiting those benefits. Not only will I revisit and re-place, but will hire GoDaddy to safely walk me through. Thx D. (Rep who helped).
