Run like hell. New mgt. Bad. I had not paid my yearly for 2 websites which generated $. They deleted my websites. Both websites had godaddy emails. They have my phone #, and would call yealy to upsell me. No call, no email to 2 emails. They did send an email to an unused old emergency email. That is all they did. Deleted my websites, wow!

I wanted to share how relieved I am. I had a rather tricky time with my site being down and needing tech support to reset the DNS. It took some time and the call ticket had to be escalated. Finally we were able to resolve the matter. What impressed me the most was the knowledgeable assistance from the techs and their patience with me since, it was challenging explaining what was causing the issues we had to work together to figure it out. It wasn't just a matter of taking extra long to propagate the new DNS settings. Support like this in any business is what brings the customer back and keeps them loyal. Thanks GoDaddy.
