I have been a GoDaddy customer for almost 24 years and they have always provided outstanding customer service. Every time I have a renewal come up I shop around and although their prices might be a little higher than some, they are also a bit less than others, but I still feel like I am getting a great value for my money.

Godaddy has superb customer service reps. In comparing them to Enom which I had the displeasure of having to sort out a matter the very day before I had to sort out a banking issue with Godaddy, the difference was night and day. First off and foremost, you can't get a rep by phone with Enom. You're pretty much on your own to read and figure things out! I'm transferring my Enom domains as soon as they're up for renewal!!!

Getting the email needed for my video podcast was quick and easy. The security codes, while cumbersome, made me realize how secure the account is.

Horrible business practices. They will not allow you to remove payment methods via your registered account. They will not allow you to turn off auto-pay without a separate verification that does not work. They force you to call customer service and they make you wait for ages. VERY unhappy and frustrated.
