this company sucks. I bought email and asked supports every other day if it is solved or not. They say it still needs 2 days to setup with different one. Looks like I will never find my answer. Because of this I already lost a lot of money. Looks like I need to file a case in court and see if they actually take care of customers or not.

My experience with an actual person was fine. it was the sales tricks in the pricing of renewals that was so treacherous. I used to trust GoDaddy to help me navigate technical difficulties; not i do not trust you at all because I think you have built in ways to gouge money out of me by the way your automatic renewal and other policies are designed to trick customers like me into not understanding your policies are designed to get money but not help but hurt your customers. I'm sorry I got involved now other than the beautiful print materials we have designed together. It is very sad.

run! they are deceptive and will sell your domains as well as erase any trace of purchase. also, you are NOT allowed to transfer your domain to any external provided without go daddy continuing to manage it. i will never use them again

First let me say I am not sure what Trust Pilot does, but my comments are based on the auto tree system when you make a call in. It kept repeating my options at least 3 times before it allowed me to be put in a que for an agent
