Your customer service was terrible, they didn’t call me on my appointment and when I reached they took three and half hours to do nothing, nothing. Jessi wouldn’t transfer to anybody else they preferred that I cancel my business instead trying to find a way to earn it and keep it.

Cynthia was my customer service agent and I have never received better online. Customer service from any company anywhere anytime. She was knowledgeable never once having had to go ask a supervisor or ask someone else she knew exactly what she was doing. She was very patient with me. I’m 72 years old and not the most technical when it comes to computers and she understood that and patiently worked through with me what Many people who grew up with computers would find run the meal questions but for me were difficult. I don’t know how long she was on the phone with me, but it was probably 45 minutes to an hour and we got to the end and I was completely taken care of. I was completely happy. If I had a business, I would hire her in a heartbeat.

Tracie helped me move my DNS from Cloudflare to godaddy. I wanted to move it because godaddy is always available by phone. She was very patient with me while I created .pst files of the files from Outlook I wanted to archive. She checked to make sure the DNS was correct by moving it from Cloudflare to godaddy. She did a great job!

With no notice they suspended our domain causing significant financial damage. We wasted hours speaking to "support" people with no worthwhile action except to say they would respond to an email within 72 hours. In the meantime we cannot operate our business and no one cares!

Beware entrapment. I have been trapped into another 2 year contract with them as a provider. I phoned helpdesk to talk about adding a webshop. They added it, after 1 day I still could not see the webshop option on my dashboard. Emailing the helpdesk person and saying it is not working. Trying it for almost two weeks now, no answer. I again had to spend an hour on the phone with godaddy today and was told: OEPS the webshop option is not available in the The Netherlands. They already have deducted 2years costs from my account. I would have to downgrade and commit to another 2 years with them without getting the service I have been promised last year and again this year. This is not even to mention all the other nonsense that has taken place, where untrained helpdesk deleted my website by accident. Puffff not worth the stress.

I was charged $150NZD out of no where, I went on live chat to see if they could resolve my issue, but I was simply told "it wasn't us" when I have a charge on my bank, and a receipt in my emails from go daddy. Refused a refund and did not understand the concept of escalating an issue. If you see no charge on your end in my account, there is clearly some sort of digital issue. The next step would be to check the transaction history of my card that is associated with my account and reverse the transaction, and then escalate this to the digital team. I work in a call centre, I know exactly what they do and do not have access to. I was told by the agent that the issue had been "escaled to the concern team" whatever that means. Absolutely shockingedit - I have emailed the payments team and have no response in 5 days, despite being told it would be 24-48 hours. I went back on live chat and the next agent had no access to the previous notes on my account so it's clear that nothing was recorded. They refused to send me the transcript of the conversation.
