It was great experience with Ava from GD support, she was a really great and she has a great communication and understanding for your situation, after I got scammed by a company called "logondesign.com" they charge me arm and leg and did not get my website working.But Ava from GoDaddy is great, she answered all my questions with happens and without getting bothered by my too many questions. Thank You So Much Ava!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received from both your company and your customer service agents. It took five days of persistent effort to resolve a simple issue—an experience that was both frustrating and unnecessary.The agents I interacted with were unprofessional, with several raising their voices and others abruptly hanging up. I was forced to make repeated calls, every day for five days, just to correct a mistake caused by your team.On the 6th, I contacted support regarding the auto-renewal of two websites under my GoDaddy account. I specifically requested a refund for the Email Essentials service, as it was no longer needed. Instead of processing just the refund for the Email Essentials, your agent incorrectly removed my websites and processed a full refund, which was not what I asked for.As a result, both of my websites were taken down, which has now caused significant disruptions. To make matters worse, I had to pay an additional £136.88 to restore the websites—a situation that arose purely from an error on your agent’s part.This entire ordeal, spanning five days and countless calls, has left me extremely frustrated with GoDaddy’s service. I expect a company of your stature to provide better training for your agents and to ensure that customer issues are handled swiftly and accurately.

Disastrous decision to replace web-based mail with Outlook emails a few years back. One problem after another. Often difficult to enter and then came the ridiculous Microsoft Authenticator which DOESN'T WORK. Shame because other, non email, services generally work well.
