I'm not web builder expert The technician help me to fix a problem with my domain. She was patient and she help me to understand what I have to do step by step but she do it she told me any move she does and easy to understand and fast.

I was so impressed to reach a very kind young woman who listened to my concerns and exceeded my expectations, in trying to help me, first by explaining certain guidelines to me, and then by going beyond to resolve my concerns. Yes, I say impressed because I spoke with someone else there a few days before who disappointed me, and then told me that if I complete his survey, that I would receive a discount coupon.

I had an issue accessing my email. The customer service rep was able to help me. He knew exactly how resolve my issue when I told him what was happening. It was completed in one call. My call was answered in 43 seconds by my representative. I timed it. Very happy with GoDaddy and the service.

Of the many choices out there, that may be less expensive, I always find myself coming back to godaddy because of their superior service. They are always helpful, patient, willing, and highly competent.

I bought an expired domain from their auctions it's been more than 30 days and I still haven't recieved it, they demand payment within 2 days of winning the bid but they don't care once they recieve your payment. Highly unprofessional company, Ive been with them since 6 years and this is how they treat a loyal customer. On top of that their livechat support does absolutely nothing talked to livechat like 5 times and recieved no help from them. Absolutely worst experience ever. Don't worry godaddy if this isnt resolved in the next week I am going to be leaving a review on the entire internet.

Seriously could not recommend GoDaddy enough. Not only do they answer calls within minutes, are available 24/7, know their stuff but also walk over backwards to help and accommodate you. I have been with them for years and cannot wait to see the new website they are building for me.
