Go Daddy is an absolutely fantastic company that I have been using for about 15 years. Their customer service is amazing.

My issue has been fixed. But it can be handled better by the support team they misguided me.

John was able to help me through a very complex situation that required describing actions I had to complete, something very difficult to do over the phone. But he made it easy, and he did it with great patience. I couldn’t be happier with the service!
