I needed to change a domain for my website. I had some issues with email and I did not understand that the email for the website was different than the email on Outlook 365. The representative was able to help me change the email address to one more appropriate and to explain how to access it outside of the Go Daddy domain by going to directly through Outlook. That has been very helpful. She was patient, and made sure that everything worked perfectly before ending the call
