These guys are the best!

been with them for 4 years used 1 page website and Email and now feel trapped, and they are hiking prices and removed my website and say its no longer free.... I can get everything cheaper elsewhere but you need to be an IT wizz to get away, they are not helpful, and obviously not based in the Uk as lots of issues are literally lost in translation. My advice do not get trapped by them

A good agent keeps customer satisfaction as a top priority. I generally get great service from GoDaddy and today was no exception. I got Ted Love and he delivered, not only spending the time to make sure I understood my options, but making it easy to follow up to make sure everything was complete. My wife was running into a storage limit for her Office 365 email. I've had the emails with GoDaddy for 20 years and had upgraded from POP to Office 365 a few years ago. I was ready to upgrade the storage for her email but through the efforts of Goddady agent Ted Love I was able to not only understand how to clear some space from her mailbox but was able to reduce the cost I was paying for her plan. And he even gave me tips for saving money on my domain registration renewals.

I was shocked by the excellent care and service I received from GoDaddy's service representative. I'm a senior in my seventies. I'm a bit slow, but she was so patient with me and explained every step to get to the point of launching the right site to meet my needs, including the transfer of my domain I had with another firm. And, I have a path to reconnect to her for further assistance, instead of having to explain everything to a new rep every time I call...which is the case with so many vendors these days. GoDaddy gets a big thumbs up from me for this quality. It made my next steps a lot simpler. My anxiety about starting up another website is resolved.
