I have had a great experience with GoDaddy. User interface is easy to use. I've even had a good experience with tech support, which is rare these days. I really love having everything in one place, and it seems they are always adding new and useful features.

Great customer care representative. My network was really bad but he called me back several times until the issue was resolved.

Not losing the conversation whilst trying to solve the issue online was great for me. In some websites I lose the conversation and need to tell the issue many times.

Good Customer Service and Products

GoDaddy has been my service provider for all of my domain names and I have many. I strongly recommend GoDaddy.

So far my experience with Godaddy has been appalling. The website builder is glitchy and the webchat team have been the most unhelpful. I have ben trying to upload pics and make slight product changes to my listings on my website before going live and every time I try to change something I get an error message. It is absolutely infuriating.

I received very informative information on how to build my website and save money. I was about to use an outside service that would charge $$$$ and it would not give me all the features I was looking for but GoDaddy gave me all of what I wanted for $$$ less. I will always do my business here

I’ve been trying to transfer my primary domain from GoDaddy for months due to security concerns, but their customer service has been terrible. Despite having multiple domains with them, I received no clear answers or help when I needed it. Instead, I was met with upselling tactics and unhelpful representatives. Now, my domain has expired, and they demand a renewal fee before I can even transfer it, incurring unnecessary costs. Avoid GoDaddy if you need reliable support, they only want to get your money.
