Worst support ever. I already written 4 ticket for refund but no direct answer. Requested to write them to verify e-mail. Sent email with order details. Now got e-mail template to back to site with godaddy support. I put even my order on charge back but they decline it. This situation i have for 3 month. 2024-08-16 Update. Still the same. No result at all. Created 9 request for help. Always other operatos asking for explain my problem. They don't see any previews chats. Asking to wait until responible team to check. Passing 72h no reply no nothing. Again back to support. Asking the same damm information. No HOPE for them. Just going circle.

I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with GoDaddy that I feel compelled to share. I initially purchased the domain ConnorWilloughby.com through GoDaddy on LTO on July 31st, but soon after, I decided I needed to make changes. I requested three options: a different domain, a refund, or store credit. Unfortunately, none of these requests were initially met.First, I asked for the domain Willoughby.ai, but was told it was unavailable. I then requested a refund to my bank account, which was also denied. As a last resort, I asked for store credit equivalent to my purchase, $118.80, and even lowered my request to $60 to be reasonable, but was again refused.After spending 4-5 hours in constant live chats and phone calls with customer support, they finally agreed to provide the store credit I requested. However, they informed me it would take another 5-7 days for the credit to be processed.This entire ordeal has been extremely disappointing and has led me to question my trust in GoDaddy. The lack of flexibility and slow response times are unacceptable. I hope they improve their customer service to prevent others from going through similar experiences.

I have been with GoDaddy for over 8 years, using their domain and WordPress hosting services. For some reason, there are times that they simply fail to collect payments from my bank for auto-renewals, where my bank balance is more than enough for those payments. In the last few weeks, they again failed to collect payments, as I was abroad with my elderly parents with limited internet access. This resulted in both my hosting being suspended as well as my domains being placed in their "auction". As soon as I noticed this, I sought to renew it, and spoke to their live chat agent, where they failed to collect payment from more than once card, even though the cards worked in other places (I obtained screen recordings of this interaction/issue with the live chat agent as evidence). Somehow, I managed to renew the hosting.Yet my primary and 7-year-long domain was placed in auction due to this same error, AND I HAVE LOST IT NOW (and it's been registered by "Afternic", I'll let you google that yourself). ALL BECAUSE OF GODADDY'S FAILURE TO COLLECT PAYMENTS FROM A VALID BANK CARD WITH SUFFICIENT FUNDS.THIS HAS RUINED MY MENTAL HEALTH, CAUSED ME SO MUCH ANXIETY AS WELL AS FUTURE BUSINESS LOSS as my .com domain is now lost and registered by someone else through the auction. I will now have to speak to an attorney regarding a UDRP claim as well as the extreme psychological distress that this company has caused me which has made me physically unwell. And of course, I will be cancelling ALL my subscriptions with them and moving to Namecheap where the services are offered at far better prices and 1/10 of the headache/distress that GoDaddy causes. And of course, as a matter of public interest, I will share my experience with the entire world and my social channels which have had over 500,000 views within the last month as a matter o. I wouldn't wish this ordeal on my worst enemy.
