Another company has gone down the chat only support route. This is 2024 - a huge step back.GoDaddy offers no option to "email", raise a support ticket or send a message. After fighting the terrible chat bot you have to stay on hold whilst they get back to you on chat (or SMS - US only). If you are inactive they cut you off and you have to start again. Go through the useless AI bot and get nowhere. If you call they won't email you back, they put you on hold after hold. I spent 5 hours today mainly on hold to their "award winning support". Why do they think busy professionals can just sit on hold all day and not have things to do.I will never buy GoDaddy again.The first rule of business is to make it easy for your customers to reach you. They fail on every level.
