Avoid, I've been a customer for around 15 years and I've had outages which I was understanding of.Customer service has gone down hill over the years, on hold for 8 hrs I in the end hung up. The next day they hung on me, third day they again hung up after accepting they where unwilling to fix the issue on there end because I couldn't send them a screenshot of a generic error message on windows/android.CPanel is no longer accessible through the direct link from my account from multiple IP addresses! For the less technical this prevents me from accessing email or making changes to my website.It's a good job my domains are not held there!

I feel like I'm being charged every time I click on a menu. Because they've set up a system where every feature is paid and you have to get help from the support team even to use the hosting you bought from godaddy. Because when the website+marketing module is installed automatically, it's very difficult to turn it off.
