It’s a really bad company. The service is terrible, the fees are expensive, and the backend is slow. After registering the website, it was inexplicably canceled because I needed to purchase multiple websites. If virtual card purchases are not allowed, then don’t open it. Otherwise, people will be asked to change other payment methods. Bad company. Terrible customer service.

I had Sheila as my Rep today and she was amazing, very cool personality but also professional, she was patient and help me with the challenges that I had until they were resolved.

This company is terrible. They will delete and freeze your domain name without your knowledge. I have a site that has been running for more than 5 years. It can freeze my access and cause my company's business to stop running and go bankrupt.

GoDaddy will advertise that a domain is available - when it is not.They will allow you to checkout for over $200USD, and then tell you that you need to make an offer on the domain to the true domain owner.Then, support staff will do everything they can to make you do one of two things that will make you ineligible to receive a refund.1. Waste over 48 hours - making it too long to receive the refund.or2. Get you to engage their consulting service by any means possible.I have managed to avoid engaging the consulting service by raising a support request merely seconds after realising that I had not purchased the domain.Over 24 hours in to the support and they are still - buying their time even after promising the refund multiple times.The business processes are designed to be misleading and scam you of your money.Do not buy from GoDaddy.
