Unlike big institutions all over America, Go Daddy takes pride in providing service at a level that aligns with the customer's needs. There is still a sticky part at the front_end with god daddy where the AI tries to properly circulate you to the right department - that I don't like. But unlike others, their AI will give up, and get you to a lhuman. One thing that is fascinating is that calling-in is the last thing most of us want to do when our needs are something that we know the AI won't be able to suss out so we say 'REPRESENTATIVE'... to get to a human to explain. I did that today, because my need didn't fit the AI... and I was able to get to what I believe was a generalist - and got it done... and I am satisfied and obviously much less likely to seek competitors to go daddy in the future... Hey, executives? are you listening? One last thing... unlike my bank, go daddy didn't use the call to market to me. they just tried to solve my problem. today unfortunately that approach is novel.
