The customer experience is top-notch! The only reason I refuse to leave Go-Daddy is due to their customer experience. Even with high wait times, I never have had to wait more than 8 minutes to access a live agent when I need help. When I do get connected with an agent, they review and fix my problem quickly. There may be more cost-effective options at a different company, but I won't be leaving here. Give them a chance!

Rang them few weeks prop to sort an issue and it didn’t get sorted as the person I spoke to never put my refund threw but called back today and had a lovely guy who sorted me out within 15mins and was very polite
