My experience has been great when becoming a customer and calling for assistance with any of my products. I love the fact that you can call and talk to a technician regardless of others who can assist you in solving your problem. The support team is very polite, extremely patient, and helpful. I know that other sites are available and may cost a little less, but I always felt that you get what you pay for, which means the service with this company is above the rest.
