Phone answered in a couple rings. Got a live helper, Laura. She was polite, knowledgeable and respectful. Helped me though several screens and logins and password resets. Asked if I was a veteran, Yes!

Until a week ago, I'd never been mad at GoDaddy. Then. Ugh. Poor service, bad words (on my part) and a desire to throw monkey poop at their windows. Then. David answered my call, solved all my problems, patiently, speedily, and with coherent explanations. David made me a believer! 10 stars.

Giovanni made me feel like I ought to know my way around the GoDaddy configuration dialogs ... until I told him it had been 20+ years since I did an email & web site configuration. Having established ground rules for my ability to use GoDaddy's extremely automated facilities, and the language (terminology) used in the configuration web pages, Giovanni brought the GoDaddy facilities down to my "aged" level and within minutes had me working the site like I'd been "on it" for years!
