Liana was WONDERFUL! I have had some very disappointing, more like discouraging, experiences with GoDaddy, which made me question why I ever thought this was a good idea. I would have been a very happy customer had I connected with Liana earlier in my endeavor. I had a few helpful individuals who tried to explain, but lacked the knowledge, or concern, for the customer. I feel like I hit the lottery today!

I purchased a new domain name, inadvertently signed up for a trial website and I did not need that. Angel helped me fix the issue.

I had a problem with renewing some of my .coms until I got through to a live agent..who PATIENTLY walked mt through the process and resolved my issues..Thank you again Go Daddy...roy

My wife and I are older with limited computer skills and I am frequently in the weeds when it comes to our business website. Although I always try to do it myself, when I need to call --as on the phone ,to real person and no long menu--the representatives are friendly and helpful. My issue was resolved!!!They have even offered advise for issues that I had with another company.

They are up front and timely with all repairs or checkout. Will definitely be giving other work to this group when I need it, They also communicate readily
