I have to say, we called with an issue and Luciano assisted us, and what a breath of fresh air it is to speak to someone who knows what they’re doing, so much so, we paid a slightly higher price due to his fantastic customer service. For small businesses it really goes a long way. They really work with your budget and make hosting/managing/purchasing through them very easy. Pleasantly surprised and appreciative, thus far!

Website setup was great and took about an hour to get a domain name, a decent-looking website up and running. The self-updating checklist is a big help.Customer service was great. I had to call in to find out how to activate my new site's email address. The online formed worked immediately, but not the email. There should be a step in the checklist about how to set this up...I had no idea I had to create an Outlook mail account until I called customer service.

Mark quickly understood the issue I was having with Microsoft and my email address. He stepped me through a procedure to get past the problem and I can again get into my email which uses a domain name I have with GoDaddy for part of the address. Occasionally Microsoft does an update that interferes instead of improving.Thanks Mark!

Go-Daddy Customer Service is Top NotchI've used go-daddy for years for multiple websites, and have always been able to call and get issues resolved, however Phillip George really knocked it out of the park today being able to get my previous website restored when I was initially told it wasn't possible. Absolutely stoked to have my website back up thanks to him, 11/10 service, that dude needs a hefty bonus this quarter!
