Just terrible...I tried to migrate my email account from GoDaddy to something else. Their IMAP server would refuse connection despite having the correct email, password and port settings, as provided by their AI chatbot. I log in for customer support and wait 15 minutes - no biggie. I speak with the customer service rep for a bit and feel like I am getting nowhere. They are discussing saving the emails to a file, which doesn't strike me as useful as I am trying to migrate between two web-based clients. I point this out and they said that I can update a setting in Outlook365 to facilitate the transfer. I ask where the setting is and I get nothing back. I am waiting for a response when they ask:"Just checking in, please reply to let us know you are still here."I respond "Still here". They then said "Looks like you may have stepped away. No problem, we'll be here to help when you respond."I reply again: "I am still present"Only to get:Thank you for chatting with GoDaddy. We're experiencing higher than normal volumes. Hang in there. Your estimated wait time is 5 minutes.I literally had to start over from scratch with a new agent.Despite this, we couldn't get the problem resolved. I spent another 45 minutes working with a new agent trying to get the issue sorted out and they absolutely cannot transfer emails. Eventually I gave up, asked them to delete the email account so I can move on with my life. Most of the stuff there was not hyper important, but it's still frustrating to say the least.I already wanted to leave due to poor pricing and the fact they could not actually do what I needed them to do in terms of hosting a custom webpage. This was just a fun experience on the way out.I would suggest ANYONE that isn't GoDaddy.

I was having a huge problem with my 123reg account being locked that was not being resolved by 123 themselves. This hugely affected my business and has almost certainly lost us tens of thousands in revenue from missed client quote requests. As Godaddy are the parent company I called them after a dozen wasted calls to 123reg over the course of five days with the outage. We eventually got the website back online and our company emails working with the help of three individuals who need mentioning. SHEA (Godaddy) on Friday for identifying that the original recovery ticket was closed because it incorrectly had a date stamp of 2022 (123reg issue) so we were waiting for a response that would have never come. HARRY (Godaddy) for attempting to contact the Artreg team on Saturday and personally emailing my business partner which he didn't have to do. Finally and most importantly NICOLE (Godaddy) , who spoke directly with the Artreg team this afternoon (Saturday), relayed the severity and got us a response within one hour. Everything is back up and running and the stress is over. Anyone dealing with the same issue (as I have heard there are a lot - some people have been a month without emails or website) have faith and be persistent. Godaddy will support and get this sorted for you.

I love this place! I go at lest once a month for acrylic manicure and gel pedicure. Thy is the only person I trust with my fingernails. I am so picky. She is the best person l've ever found to do my fingernails! I absolutely love her! I have brought multiple friends and family members with me and we all have great experience! I would recommend this place to anyone.
