I had a problem with my account after it was transferred from a colleague to my care. In the transfer (a few months ago) I did not realize that one of the account users were using a private drive with the MS account. So I called to ask to put it back on track - concerned that after several. months the data on drive could have been lost. The rep could NOT have been more helpful. Sebastien listened carefully so he understood the issue, put me on hold so he could confer with his support team, came back on the line to give me progress reports and then ultimately solved the problem. Then he used time in between to take questions on other issues and offer suggestions on how to save $ on my account. This rep is a real credit to Go Daddy.

Go Daddy is perfect for beginners who are just getting into website creation. Used them for many years and only really needed to contact customer service once. When I did, they managed to go above and beyond. Respectful as always.

I've been trying to get a refund for a 3-year domain renewal on a business I closed. After 1.5 months waiting for an answer billing declined because I didn't call within 5 days of the renewal (I called within 8). I've offered to pay for 1 of the 3 years because I realize I messed up. I can't stand auto-renewals for this reason. Here's my OOPR #61906 GoDaddy! You suck.

I have been a GoDaddy customer since 2013. I am unable to sign into my GoDaddy 365 Email Account on my PC. I was on hold waiting for GoDaddy's Customer Service 50 minutes, someone came on, stayed on the line with me 5 minutes, then returned me to hold. Total hold time so far, 1 hour 58 minutes, 7 seconds. I have authenticator on my mobile phone and the sign in attempts on my PC are treating me as if I want to sign on my phone. This is the worst customer service I ever had with GoDaddy. Tried calling last night to no avail. Problem not resolved. So, I finally hung up!
