Yvanna was just great. I had purchased two domains, and then realized had misspelled part of the name. So I deleted them from my account and hoped GoDaddy would refund my fee. Yvanna did that and helped with some other mistakes I had made in setting up my account. Just wonderful to talk with her, very nice, pleasant person. Thank you Yvanna.

I’ve been a GoDaddy customer for over 15 years. Customer service is second to none. All of their customer service representatives are always professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I can’t imagine using anyone else.

Not a great user interface. Other registrars such as IONOS have a much more friendly UI, come with free emails, SSLs everything is just less expensive and easier, especially if you're not very tech savy.

Love that I can talk to a real person when I have questions. People are always helpful, some really go above and beyond. Go Daddy seems to have built a culture of happy people who like to help.
