Urjita has patience like Job. She demonstrated exceptional excellence human services. Her voice tone was welcoming. She explained each product with a smile, not condescending. She restored my trust with GoDaddy because of the last two experiences I encountered with 2 different rep left me feeling insecure about myself, to the point I never used the products. Urjita went overly and beyond to remove my fear…she provided her email. Explained products that will benefit my business. She restored my confidence in “self” because I was shame of not knowing computer language. Urjita set the bar that every person should strive to demonstrate “Human Kindness”.

I received an unexpected email from GoDaddy telling me to make changes to my DNS settings. I wanted 4 days and then contacted Todd Minnix, a GoDaddy Guides in Email Sales/Support to determine if this was legit and not a hack attemp. Todd confirrmed that it was send by GoDaddy and Todd sent an email with similar information on the change and assisted me in making the changes.

Wow, I was surprised that GoDaddy provides an actual phone number for customer support. I work with many web hosts who make you jump through a multitude of hoops before you get to that point. The support person was helpful and answered my questions in less than a minute. Much easier than a "Chat" feature or AI.
