Jim River ranch stole a 1000.00 deposit from us 2 years ago. Promised a great pheasant hunt. They canceled the night before, and never refunded a dime. The sheriff took 3 to jail, but still have not received a dime. We were one group along with 13 other groups they ripped off.

I have had a number of occasions when I get to experience GoDaddy and on each of these occasions my experience has been very positive.Could not ask for more. Thumbs up from me.

Go Daddy was recommended to me by my brother who has a website with them, and says their good Communicators and accountable. Since joining Go Daddy I have found this to be relatively correct.

I have been using Godday for over 12months now. It suits my small business needs with out over the top pricing. Customer service has always been helpful in setup and configuration of my domains and emails.

Don't search for domain availability on GoDaddy.I've searched for a domain name on 20th of August 2024, and it was available for €2.99. The next day at 2024-08-21 10:00:16 the domain was registered by someone else, and GoDady suggests me to pay Broker Service Fee of €109.99 to try and recover the domain for me. This is a scam.

What a wonderful experience to have a live Go-Daddy representative that was extremely patient and knowledgeable. Makes me think this is the only place to go. Having a 'real' conversation is worth a lot.

When trying to access my email, I entered the url for my website (which doesn't exist yet) instead of my email and was taken to a GoDaddy page that had a statement regarding my domain that I misunderstood. I called CS and Adam explained my misunderstanding without making me feel stupid, for my wrong interpretation of the statement. I was and still am having a difficult and stressful day, but Adam was able to put out one fire for me that wasn't actually a fire and made my day exponentially better. Thank you Adam!
