I have had some glitches setting up my email within GoDaddy, but I have had two great experiences with Ronald and Jhessica who helped me get out of a loop where I could not get into my company email. GoDaddy is lucky to have some of the best customer service people working for them.

The most resourceful problem solver I have ever encounter in 20 years being a GoDaddy customer. Patient and diligent. I oversaw renewing the hosting for my beautiful website and called to get a restore after a month and she initially couldn’t find a back up for it but instead of just hanging up after giving me the bad news, she went above and beyond, went to look for screenshots, then looked in different places/different teams and found a back up for my website. I have never been as happy and relieved to spend $150 as I have been paying these restore fees right now. Outstanding professional!

No any email contact option!Needed help with exporting emails to another email account, in bulk, not one by oneAlso adding a new account on windows outlook with godaddy email domain isnt possible. No any email contact option!!
