I'm not happy that there's no number to call; everything is an email, which is VERY frustrating. They do call, but it's not right away, so again, not having a number to my rep is VERY frustrating. My clients can reach me from 7 am to 9 pm, how is it i can't call you GoDaddy. That is my complaint everyone has been great other than that and not being able to get verified.

Just awful. Email migration locked me out of account for 3 days, almost a week on still don't have migrated data. I've spent hours day after day trying to get this resolved, been lied to about resolutions and gone round and round in circles. To top it off they now tell me they don't have a means to make a written complaint. Save yourself the stress and money and go somewhere else.

We had a cyber attack in September 2024 that took everything we had down emails dropbox and website. It almost closed our business of 49 yrs down completely. I have been working with David L from Go Daddy and expressed to him how urgent it is to get our website up and he has been amazing. He has also gone beyond just building the website and helped me with the email set up and directed me with information that could help me to learn more about programs, as I am very outdated and not text savvy at all. I have already recommended Go Daddy to other people who need websites, because I have had nothing short of the absolute best experience, it has been exceptional!
