Recently renewed several long-standing domains &: can attest I've been a client of GoDaddy for many years & encountered no problems or difficulties that could not be quickly resolved, so I can honestly recommend the service as reliable. Only quibble I have is they revised their website awhile back which made some pages inoperative on my old browser & I had to upgrade my MacOS to accommodate. But that may be a good thing in the long run...

Godaddy just took a payment from my card, but there is no invoice there is no mail there is nothing. Support useless as always they won't help me. Why did GoDaddy took a payment from me and not telling me why? I want this payment back.

i have been double charged and raised issue with them since 25 april. till date they didnt rectify and even rejected my refund request. what's worse is their customer service keep going missing. worst customer service ever, will not renew.
