I trust GoDaddy completely, but Nuvirra.com which is parked at GoDaddy is being used to provide email addresses to scammers where they try to get people onto paid unsafe sites

Genuinely believe this company is s scam. I have paid monthly for one year. £27.00 per month. I realised a few months in to the contract that my website was no where to be found. I brought this to their attention and asked for it to be rectified. This happened in November 2024 and again in January 2025. I have the screenshots explaining my extremely personal circumstances, as to why I couldn't chase this further at the time. They continued to take money and not host my website. I was alerted again when they tried to take a yearly renewal fee. Now I am trying to get a refund for the year that they took payment but provided NO SERVICE. They are claiming this is an 'out of policy request'. I am having to have several hours on the phone trying to resolve this and still no refund. I have waited the 7-10 day period. Now waiting for two managers to call me, who didn't. Do NOT recommend.

GoDaddy is available 24/7 so that back up is important. My customer service agent today, Lucianna, was very friendly and helpful, answering each of my questions in depth. All the Go Daddy service agents I have dealt with in the past few years have been great to deal with.

The reason I like Go Daddy is that you can call a phone number and talk to a skilled human being that solves your problem. I was struggling with authentication and the wonderful live human being helped me out in minutes. HE was kind, gentle and patient.

The customer service agent was very helpful. He resolved the problem and identified that certain products would need renewal and suggested a deal. The reason one star short is that I did sense that he may have had a moment of impatience. However, we resolved the problem and he was professional.
