I brought by website builder in Feburary 2025 and launched April 2025. This is what I experienced. My experience with GoDaddy’s professional website builder was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The design was far from complete or professional. Much of the content was copied and pasted directly from the basic site I had created myself—no effort was made to rewrite or improve anything, and glaring spelling errors were left untouched.To make matters worse, they consistently referred to my business incorrectly as “dog walking services,” despite my clear and repeated explanations. I went through more than three rounds of revisions, and none came close to delivering even half of what I outlined for my site.The team lacked expertise and attention to detail. After speaking with multiple designers, the project was handed off to a team still in training, and the outcome reflected that. Even the logo sketch I requested was little more than a crude stencil. - supposedly this was NOT to be sold to me and I was reimbursed. (However, they need to be on top of this)Throughout this process, I had to speak with four different managers, and despite the numerous issues being on their end, I was denied a full refund. For a service that was poorly executed and mismanaged from the start, I should have been fully compensated.I do not recommend GoDaddy’s Professional website design services for anyone looking for a polished, professional result. Buy a domain and build it yourself or use someone else thats easy to work with, clear communication between teams and professional.

DO NOT TRUST GO DADDY OR AFTERNIC They'll scam you out of your money. They took almost 2000 USD from my account and I am not being payed for a domain I sold

Had a problem with my email domain and they fixed it over the phone in a couple of minutes. And it was my fault that it was not working.

GoDaddy is my hero! They managed to secure a backordered domain 16 years after I placed the order. I completely forgot I even had placed it. It had originally been my domain, but it was hijacked from me 16 years ago and now I have it back again! Thanks GoDaddy!
