Domains Renewal Reminder
My domains had lapsed, and they retrieved them. I had to pay a fee, but they explained the reasons why and were kind and sought ways in which I could save a few dollars on the renewal fees. I have been with GoDaddy for several years and they are one of the only companies that actually have live support when you need it.

Customer service can walk you through just about anything, if you get the right person. I was 2 for 3, and today I got the right guy! Now I am all set!GoDaddy should be better about warning you about upcoming issues though. My account just shut off because I forgot to change the payment method when I got a new CC Card, but I got no warnings so I could update it.

I've had a really bad experience trying to recover my domain, despite giving them my drivers licence, birth certificate and ASIC registration, they're still not giving me access and the emails back and forth continue. It's completely unacceptable.

I had an issue paying for my domain and unable to open my account because I've breached the 2SV. I'm now over 60 hours and not a single customer service agent/guide is able to help. They have been giving the run around and extending the wait times (24-48 then 36-72 hours!). They either don't want payment/business or their customer care support is really unhelpful or both.This is costing my business a lot! Use other domain/email provider/website host. Avoid GoDaddy at all cost.
