Their customer service is very poor. I have tried to login to cancel my email/O365 service, but the refused to log me in. The only message I got was:" Yikes, something went wrong. Try Later". Overpriced and terrible service. Avoid them!

I have been using GoDaddy for over 15 yrs and have never had an issue.
