I am 74 years of age and very technically challenged -:) I found GoDaddy's support system very helpful. The person who answered my call was patient and tolerant of my lack of knowledge. And did his very best to help me. His assistance was greatly appreciated, and I have no hesitation in recommending GoDaddy to others.

Rick's enthusiasm and ability to communicate with me lead to solving my problem quickly.The problem was an oversight on my end that I did not detect on my own.

I have been with Go Daddy since 2006 and have always had very pleasant and helpful customer service advisers from the company.Rell was very helpful today and I recommend Go Daddy to all who want to get their business to excel!

Each time I call Go Daddy for assistance the representatives are knowledgeable and friendly. The agents always work to solve all issues. I have never been rushed off a call or felt unimportant.

This is all new to me, and as a senior citizen needing extra help, I felt comfortable as he helped me navigate the initial steps on creating my site.

Customer Service spent a great deal of time helping to solve my problem and made sure my program ran correctly before the call ended.

GoDaddy called me to cancel a product I was not using and saved me $500 in an auto-renewal process, 5 months in advance. I appreciate the support in bringing my attention to the background of this product, that in reality I would not have thought to check. GoDaddy could have taken my money and I would have had to absorb that expense into my business, but they did the honorable thing. Thank you Kevin and the GoDaddy team

MAKE SURE YOU OPT OUT OF THEIR ARBITRATION CLAUSE!!!! I purchased the web design Airo package with go daddy. My website went live about two weeks ago. It’s not functional for clients to pay. The SEO writing said to be included IS NOT. every time I try to get it handled and try to schedule an appointment through the phone they tell me I can’t. I no longer have my own website design team. Though that’s what is advertised. So BIG LIE. The customer support team is horrid pushy and they do not listen. They try to back end everything. They have no idea what they are doing. Same with the people when you call in to the website design team. The constant. “I’m so sorry I understand.” Fluff pieces are honestly annoying. There is no backing to what they say. Just cute words from people who seem to be incompetent or lazy I’m honestly not sure. With the airo website building they say they do all the updates. They DONT. the website builder they use ‘beaver builder’ keeps crashing and now is flagging itself saying I don’t have a license #. I would never recommend anyone give these people there money. I’m out about 4k for a website that doesn’t function, a call center that doesn’t help, and empty promises of SEO verbiage and a call center website team. YOU DO NOT GET YOUR OWN WEBSITE TEAM FOR THE WHOLE TIME. do not purchase. There has been countless interactions with this company and I’ve only been truly helped twice.
