Today I had a great experience. Corey was helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He walked me through, sent me more info, and made me feel like I can do this. Yesterday was not good at all, I couldn't get a live person, was typing first to a bot, then to someone that was all about upselling. Nothing got solved, I was angry and actually was looking for other options.

Knowledgeable rep. who helped me resolve the issue in one call but getting to him was a chore.
