I moved to Go Daddy a couple of years ago, and at the time of the move added security and firewall protection. The website came into a temp directory and I thought it that should have gone away once it ported over, but it never did regardless of multiple calls to support for issues with pages not updating correctly to the published site. Today while doing a change the site blocked my Wan IP and when I tried to update it, the setting were no longer available so I had to call into support. After two years of dealing with issues related to the temp domain, I got the right person today and that issue is not resolved. As I knew the site was not originally ported over correctly, but 20 minutes with the right support guy and all is resolved and now the temp domain is finally gone!

I get messages from Bots and then a service person, then that one goes away and another one comes and fails to respond, then they go away.....absolutely hopeless. I like my Godaddy Site and everything about it but the support and the AI bots are hopeless.
