Today it is urgent, fast, friendly, and knowledgeable; especially given the broad range of products, interfaces and add-ons they are promoting. And they are clearly experienced in working with less sophisticated users, designers, and volunteers like me who offer to develop sites for non-profits. I appreciate that no question is too lame or unimportant for attention.

I like the fact that customers aren’t pressured in buying products that you don’t need until later in your business. Rep was very helpful and courteous.
