If you ever needed to know what customer service looks like, ensure that you get “ Josh!” He’s a technical guru with the patience of Job! I had a very complicated issue on hand, and Josh walked me through the entire process and basically did the entire thing himself! When I called, my stress level was quite high. By the time I got off the phone, I was at zero stress! Go Daddy! You hired a pro! Keep up the excellent work! Thank you Josh! Thank you Go Daddy!

I had a severe hiccup with my website renewal problem, and my business website was removed with a misunderstood rebuild. After going through five different reps on calls, I finally connected to the one person who understood the whole scenario and could fix it. It took me 3 1/2 hours plus other days of phone calls left on hold, but when I did ask for the correct department, Kris at GoDaddy Hosting went way beyond to assist and stayed on the line with me through all the department transfers to get the needed refund and reconnecting and restoration of my original website. He saved me additional costs by giving discounts and removing unnecessary additional billing. If you have any issues with your website, the hosting team is the one you call!

Megan Zshiemae was the best technical support person I have ever talked to and worked with in the past 25+ years. She was knowledgeable, patient, helped me work through every problem I could generate (and I am good at that) and she go my old office365 email back to the classic with all of my email messages, calendar and contacts. I almost had a heart attach yesterday when they all disappeared. I searched on the Web for a solution. I called GoDaddy yesterday and was told by I would need to speak to IT Support today. I called IT Support (Bask) today and spoke to Edward. He advised that there would be a charge related to getting this fixed and it might take a couple of hours of time.I contemplated moving my business elsewhere and was most disappointed. Later today I tried to call Microsoft Office 365 support and got nowhere. Finally, I called GoDaddy again and was connected to Megan Zshiemae. You should quadruple her compensation and put her in charge of the entire department. She scored a 1,000 on a scale of 1-10!

GoDaddy launched my website without my "packages/services" page being visible to customers. When I called GoDaddy towards the end of the propagation period to have them publish the missing the page, (only 3 days after the site went live), they told me I have to purchase a marketing basics package to have GoDaddy fix the problem. I also realized that my phone # displays incorrectly when you hover over the number from a mobile device...GoDaddy wanted to charge me to fix the code linked to the phone #, since the guy on the phone didn't know how to fix the problem. The manager gave me ONE free credit to fix ONE problem, but I have TWO BIG problems, and I think that the thousands of dollars that I've already paid GoDaddy should be able to cover these critical issues that were a result of their errors. I'm super nervous for what other problems I'll uncover through the rest of this process. GoDaddy has really failed me. Long hold times, poor communication, language barriers that lead to dead-end conversations, dropped calls....you name the problem, GoDaddy has you covered!
