Edit - after seeing my review HostingRaja contacted me and said as you are not 18+ u can’t have domain ! So this was the reason to ban my domain ? Why earlier it was showing phishing abuse where I only sell gyro watch nd an below 18 years of age can’t do business in india ?is selling watch illegal ?? according to HostingRaja it is best fraud company eversomeone reported phishing abuse while we dont have credit card and debit card payments available nd have codwhith having more than 200+ customer reviews with phone number attached nd 3k+ followers on insta the have suspended the websotewebsite name theshipperzport.inafter conatcting them for 5 days no update their team copy pasting same message for 5 days worst company to buy save you money nd go to other domain company instead

I had an account recovery issue and their support is trash. I just kept on repeating the issue in the email conversation. If there's only one way not to give a star, I'll surely give that to them. It's been a month and the issue has no progress. They will say that they will "look into the issue" but they will not give any progress. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE AT ALL. Their support has no common sense at all. I suggest going to another website to host your website because this one is trash.

This is a disgrace company, I have bought a hosting service from them and cancelled it within hours and asked for a refund, they claim to have refunded the money like voided the transaction and nothing appeared on my card for 14 days, now I have been calling my bank and they say nothing has been cancelled and they gave me two options one is provision number to give it to HostingRaja to investigate and a other option is to wait months for the bank to investigate, I have given HostingRaja the provision number and they didn't want to help at all their answer was , we have made the refund please deal with your bank, once you cancel anything they're not their to help at all, I am not happy at all.

I rate HostingRaja 4 stars only because of the customer support they gave us by Mark from Singapore, he helps solve our request. 1 star is missing because their business plans are not really helpful there is a loop hole in the descriptions when you buy them then you have an idea of the total facilities provided to you.People like Mark should be on every business team and they should be appreciated for their efforts. Businesses are run by good team not only by good products.

The HostingRaja staff were very friendly, patient and helpful with an issue that occurred because of a delayed payment. My Premium Web Hosting expired and got suspended. Then I bought the Business Web Hosting Plan which was always in my mind. The issue was that my website was in the suspended old Plan and I couldn't retrieve it. So they helped me and explained to me how to move the website to the new Plan by telling me to temporarily renew the old plan for a low price that they will refund. I am very grateful for this great service which surpassed any I could remember in my beginner's trip in the lesson of website making! :)

Chat Support is very helpful and available. They are very easy website builders, and they are always improving the templates, adding more features and integrating more Apps/ Plugins.

I am with HostingRaja for more than a year. Good service also technical service, good rates although you very fast have to upgrade if you have sites with trafficOverall good hosting with a lot of features. 1 con it doesn't work with CPANEL but have it's own system.
