On 9/24/23 my website became so slow it was unusable. I checked HostingRaja Status page, and it said all services and systems were operational. Later in the day, my website went completely offline. I checked the Status page once again, and it said all systems were operational. I contacted live support and was told that the IP Address assigned to my website was under a DDoS attack and asked me if there was anything else I needed (Yeah, my website to work). Almost immediately my website was back online but still slow. The next day on 9/25/23 my website was still slow, taking 10–20 seconds for each page to load. I contacted live support again (it had now been over 24 hrs. since I first contacted support). Support said my website was unreachable, and I should try turning off WordPress plugins. Almost immediately, without turning off any plugins, my website came back online (it comes back online every time I contact support). I advised support that I had contacted them yesterday as well and was advised that it was a DDOS attack, but the Status Page says no issues with services for the last 5 days. The second support person I spoke with had no idea what the first support person from the previous day had told me. Two different support personnel giving me two different answers. (Sigh) I was then given a “canned” response that I would need to transfer my hosting to a new server myself or get their CDN service and was provided with a tutorial on how to do it.(of course). I asked support why it was my responsibility to make sure my website was up and running? I pay for hosting, shouldn't my hosting provider know my website is down and move it or make sure that it is up and running?

It offers a lot of services in one place.But, I had a few issues trying to configure that I didn't have with other providers. For example, buying one service, the operation was declined, but the service was purchased, and it was the expensiv one, not the starter. Then trying to configure the email, every time I clicked "continue" it sent me to home. Even though, I'm loving HostingRaja.

The process of transfering domain from another host was a bit complicated, but after done that i could experienced all the speed and excellence of services in HostingRaja. I Strongly recommend HostingRaja till now it's been perfect.

Excellent company - their servers are incredibly fast, there's ample disk space, and their customer service is top-notch. You're dealing with real people here, not just chatbots like you might encounter with others, less user-friendly services like HostGator. I've only been with them for a couple of weeks, but I haven't been able to find any faults so far!

HostingRaja AI website builder is a trash. I also call it a scam. What I've learnt from trying their service is, they're just having some premade templates. Then according to the prompt, the are searching and adding images in the templates. I felt suspicious from the beginning when I saw in YouTube that the AI is working suspiciously fast! Building an website with something like AI can't be that fast!Now let's talk about their prompt system. They have a word limit in their prompt input which is the worst thing according to me. We all know that in case of AI the larger the prompt, the better the output will be. But limiting user on prompt is the biggest red flag of an AI.What happened to me?Why am I talking about this?yesterday, I tried to build my portfolio website with this service. at first I tried to give a full explanation about how my website will look. I tried to make it a little creative but soon my word limit finished & I couldn't enter any more prompt. Anyway, I somehow managed to summarize my prompt within the words & entered. but I was really disappointed after watching the result. It was nothing like what I've expected. It was a regular portfolio website with some random images and texts. This is not an AI. This is not even near to an AI. It's fake. It's a scam.

Hosting charges are affordable. Best part is your website builder. It helps people like me who know zilch about coding/ website making. However, 4 stars are because there are some issues in website builder and Ihave written about it earlier. I am not good at making/building website but I know how a gret website should be, hence this feedback.

My web page is fast , i've had no problems so far. when i needed assistance it was quick and professional and more importantly it had a human touch, because i chatted up a little small talk, to check ? either that or it was a really good bot.
