HostingRaja is a great hosting company. The live support for all customers is really, really helpful. I love the tools and options the user have when trying to build websites or configure a VPS server - like the file manager, phpmyadmin configuration in one click or a VPS with pre-installed apps.

HostingRaja has a great service and I will always recommend them to others, they have this Titan email which most hosting don't and makes it easy to sign in and manage emails on phone. Also, their customer support are amazing. i would give a 5 star rating but their billing is the only thing I find out of proportion. They increase hosting prices at will and remove plans as they wish and their renewal prices are way high. I think compared to others, if you guys could be a little more moderate, it will be a 5/5 always from me

While their pricing might seem attractive, don’t be fooled—what you save in cost, you’ll lose in time and sanity dealing with their abysmal customer support.From the get-go, I encountered issues with my website's performance, and when I reached out for help, the response times were shockingly slow. Their support team, when they finally replied, was unhelpful and seemed more interested in closing the ticket than actually solving the problem. I was passed around from one agent to another, each one giving me a different (and often incorrect) solution, leaving me more confused than when I started.The lack of phone support was particularly frustrating, as I had to rely solely on their inadequate chat system. The agents appeared undertrained, with limited technical knowledge, making it impossible to get any real help when things went wrong.I would strongly advise against using HostingRaja if you value your time and need reliable support. The headaches simply aren’t worth it. There are plenty of other hosting providers out there that offer far better customer service and technical support.

My problem was resolved quickly

I am a new user to HostingRaja, I had issues with Domain registration. I was half expecting for things to not get resolved in chat but further move on to email chains taking a few days to resolve. I was surprised that the customer care agent staying with me for more than 40 min and ensure everything was resolved and I had the domain successfully registered before our chat was over.
