I've been using HostingRaja for a while now. And for the most part it's been good. But recently I wanted to add a single email box to my account and it turned into a looping nightmare. In the end. Adding a single email box to my account, was going to cost me more than I was paying for the entire hosting. Their pricing system is very confusing and difficult to move through. And in some cases a little misleading. That's not the kind of business I was to deal with.

The scam is this. if you buy with crypto. there is no refund.

They don't provide Windows based VPS. This is very important and should be clearly listed in the selections BEFORE purchase, because trying to get a refund is NOT easy on their site.

A lot of great tools. Thorough backups. Dedicated Tech support to fill in the gaps in your knowledge

kind people that know what they're doing, fast reply also is very important, must people when experiencing a certain issue for the first time get frustrated, so it is nice to have a helping had

HostingRaja's customer service is excellent! Their customer service provider was very patient in answering all my questions and helpful in walking me through the steps I needed to make for the changes I needed. When the person helping me was at the end of his shift, he let me know in advance and handed me off to his colleague, who was also very helpful and friendly. The overall experience I had was wonderful - very different from the customer service I received from my previous Web Hosting provider.

A no BS approach to having online services at a MUCH more affordable price than other companies I have tried. I used GoDaddy for many years but the latest renewal price blew me away. They priced themselves beyond my reach. So glad I found HostingRaja. I can have multiple sites hosted at a fraction of what GoDaddy is charging. Easy and Painless transfer and new site setup.A+++
