Whilst researching which provider to switch to I asked these guys about migrating over and down time via chat was told they take care of it all and there is no down time (THIS IS NOT THE CASE THEY DO NOT DO IT FOR YOU - THEY LIED TO ME)The process is you enter details the system picks that up you have to do the pointing etc, I have a few sites and for all bar two it worked fine one is my main one which is why I am so disappointed. So it comes up tells you to point it during this time it went down yesterday for a short while then today it was showing an error on DNS I reached out to support they done something with A records and then the site went down completely.From this point I have had to go to the domain host for it to be reset which can take upto 48 hours and then point it to the old provider meaning more down time then have to come back to these well that wont be happening.I have wasted so much time this weekend moving everything over and I wish I just stayed with Siteground, the only reason I was transfering was prices which was about half but Siteground do have more features and its faster but it is more expensive.In summary;I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AS THEY GOT MY BUSINESS BASED ON A LIE, NOW MY SITE IS DOWN AND I AM LOOSING £XXX as well as losing customers who will go to competition.DO NOT RISK YOUR BUSINESS DO NOT SWITCHAlmost one week on no one has bothered to answer my question it’s not the guys fault dealing with things they are amazing it’s the above.INACURATE REPRESENTATION ?????? REVIEWS: People are bribed by hosting to leave a review and offered 2 weeks hosting which they add into your plan costing them pennies but makes the company look great. Filter down to below 3 star and see to reviews from people who have tried to resolve issues. Such a shame.In final point to the review - Customer service have took a week chasing something which we knew the answer to 5 days ago as they have got lost off passing things around to each other. Dont waste your time with these.

I am considering to migrate my websites to HostingRaja. It is much cheaper then my current host, but I wanted to compare performance, so I decided to migrate 2 websites and try. I am not a techical person so the process was not clear enlugh for me, I reached us to the support team expecting that chat will be the best way to get support, but I soon was directed to email communication and was surprised to see how efficient was tis service. Dika was keen to help me, responded in minutes to each of my questions and reuests, and kept "holding my hand" until the websites were successfuly migrated.

Having used BlueHost for almost ten years it was recently purchased by another company and their Customer Support is terrible (sounds like an unexpected sales call from a loan company). After considerable research I decided to move my entire small publishing company (at least six domains) to HostingRaja.com which is reasonably priced and positively reviewed.It is almost Indescribable what I put the poor support team at HostingRaja through and equally Indescribable how they rose to the occasion – polite, informative and friendly. They helped me with every facet of the move of my domains and websites. They worked with me via email, which I prefer, not dumping me as Bluehost does when you turn away. You can keep track of your thread and they have a kind of ‘watch Captain” (Emily)who keeps and eye on it all. Jerome was my last support person, there were countless others.This was far beyond what I anticipated.There was a while there where nothing worked -- access to my HostingRaja account or my Proton email and HostingRaja stepped in 24/7 to help and restore.I have new projects to establish with my new Host and I am now pleased and excited for the future with them.If you check out the basics -- price, terms etc. you won't know the breadth and depth of this Support System. Keep it forefront in your mind as you evaluate different Hosting possibilities . . . And choose HostingRaja.

The support of HostingRaja is very good. They take the time to help you once you get through the A.I. bits that can hekp you with the most basic simple problems.Once you need more hekp you just keep asking things A.I. can not answer and you get redirected to an agent. And then you can count on good support. That is my experience with HostingRaja so far.

Ed, the customer support specialist is very tailored on his work when it comes on my details of my website and knows exactly of what was going on and fixed it in an instant. It has been a couple of days/weeks that it was down with all the errors and it is just frustrating that you cannot get work done. But he is extraordinary with and did it in a couple of minutes. I truly am happy with team support esp Ed!
