I recently had to contact HostingRaja with an error that had occurred on my website. After chatting with the chat bot and following all instructions I was then put in touch with Deividas from HostingRaja and I explained my issue. Deividas was so helpful and as I was a computer novice he helped me carry out all the necessary checks before coming to the conclusion that it was an error and that he would instruct engineers to look into the problem. Deividas was also kind enough to explain a temporary measure that I could put in place until the problem was fixed. Today the issue was fixed by engineers and I had an email to confirm this. I am over the moon at the customer service and have just renewed my website for another 12 months as the level of service received from HostingRaja has been amazing. For anyone looking to build a website themselves for a very reasonable price, I would highly recommend HostingRaja, their step by step instructions and information to hand is excellent and if I can build a website from scratch then anyone can!
