Ease of use for a first time website builder

HostingRaja - the name says everything. I had zero knowledge of domains and hosting websites, but their specialists helped me a lot in understanding how to host websites, add DNS records, and set up SSL security. I would rate them more than 5 stars, but Trustpilot only allows a 5-star selection. I've transferred all my domains from another hosting provider to HostingRaja, and I feel that I've purchased the best business cloud hosting service. Been looking for a good hosting service at a low price for a long time. I had been watching the ads of HostingRaja for a long time. Then I researched the market of hosting and domain services and I decided to buy it. Because it was in reasonable price. After taking it, I realized it was better than my previous hosting service. Their customer service and hosting performance are very good.

The greatest value you’re going to get for your money if you’re a start-up on a limited budget. Great customer service! People have different definitions of 1-5 stars. I’ve had my frustrating moments, but thankful I was able to fix my situation.

the worse hosting company, they never reply your emails and there is no ticket to send them to receive support, their live chat is chatbot without tecnical information. I have purchase a 48 months business hosting package, from the first moment we faced technical issue, and havent been able to migrate domains and emails. they havent been helpful at all as their customer service is only AI and when you ask for an agent, an image appear but after a long chat, you reliaze is a bot! I have sent many emails to support, never ever got any reply. After 2 weeks unsuccessful atemps asked for refund, they never replied! 3 emails asking for refund, no reply and still they have our money without providing any service! If you want to throw away money and time and damage your website, hosting, etc, go to this scammers!

Through my own ignorance, I attempted to move a hosting plan to a non-profit organization supporting Veterans. However, I didn't realize that when I did, I would break my email account. So, yesterday in a panic I reached out to HostingRaja chat support, and while I had to buy a mail solution, it put me almost back into business. Then, I realized that I lost several months of emails, and today I reached out to Ciao, explained my situation and requested a full restore. Except, I had purchased the wrong email system, after being coached how to fix it, I was sent a link for a full refund, and then purchased the correct email system. Ciao was able to restore every email since I started the email address summer 2023. It's nice having a company that went the extra mile to provide my support.

Reliable fast hosting at a real good price. I have used it for 3 years and it has always worked well for me.

Absolutely the worst experience imaginable. Everything doesn’t work properly at best and the included email address only sent customers enquires to me. All the replies were rejected by both hotmail and gmail. Lost over a weeks business from my contact form submissions and it total wrecked my google conversion tracking. The worst part was nearly 3 hours on their chat with a person whose amazing arrogance could not fix the problem. They even tried telling me that I had to spam all the lost customers for them to fix it. The only thing they could do was insist that it must be my fault because ‘their software works’. It might be cheap but there’s a reason for that and your business will suffer if you don’t choose a better hosting company. You were warnedAs you can see from their response it’s all about denial that they’re responsible and nothing about getting it working. It’s just more lip service for the benefit of readers here. I certainly didn’t get the call back from the supervisor.
