I have been a customer for over a year and never had a single issue before and thanks to Widy being so kind and understanding the one minor problem that i did have in over a years time was very short lived. I apologize if i maybe came off a little brisk at first as I was a little upset at the fact that i didn't fully understand exactly how everything worked but Widy stayed cool calm and collected and heard me out very calmly and politely explained everything to me so that i would understand for next time and then rectified the issue i was having even though i had nothing but my word to prove what i was sayin.
