Though their hosting service is okay, but their customer care service is the worst ever. and Their Reward system awful. I have bought a several number of clients and my rewards were eligible for about 2 months now, they constantly reply with "I do understand your concern.I can confirm that the issue is related to our payment team. Hence, I need to report this again to the related team and make sure for them to prioritize sending the rewards of you"Literally their words are not meaningful at this moment of time for me.

Been using them for hosting for several years now and I'm blown away at the resources they provide and the amount of support they offer even if you're not paying them or paying them very little for one of their services. I'm now purchasing most of my newer domains from them from now on as well. (Sorry NameCheap). I'd rather just keep everything under one roof.
