hostinger is far superior to my previous hosting provider, specifically regarding the delivery speed of my websites, navigating their website to manage my sites and finding tutorials or getting specific help on any issues I face. The only improvement I'd like would be faster response time when transferred to their live customer support team. The AI support has been excellent though and that's instantaneous, but sometimes you DO need an actual living person. :-)

Terrific website for hosting new websites which are created on wordpress

Customer support is one of the best experiences when using hostinger.

One word: RejaShe was the third human being I had spoken to in a matter of a few days. No one could figure out what was wrong on my end. She never gave up even though the easy way out was just telling me to forget it because she could do what I needed (dns records) for me. The thing is I will have to do this extremely often and contacting consumer support everytime is not an option. She sent me a link to record my screen (after asking if I was comfortable) and that's how we figured out I was inputing something the wrong way (other hosting sites don't require this specific way of doing it).
